Which Programms makes one to become a best web designer?

Which are the Programms best for web developer.

Brackets is my favorite, but Atom is great too.

Live preview without hitting F5 like a boss.
A huge amount of extensions.
Extensions are made in html/css/js.

start with notepad. then start using every program that is out there. you'll learn that some programs are good at something while not good at other things.

I used a lot of programs and I still use each for obe specific purpose. you need to explore them by yourself.
