What are the web development languages used widely as well as web design softwares.?

I'm very interested in Web development and design. I would like to know the languages required also the softwares to be practiced.

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, NodeJS, PHP, ASP.NET, SQL, MySQL, Python, Java, etc.... (there are a lot)

I prefer Web Matrix 3 or Brackets for my IDE. Use whichever one feels best to you.

u didn't asked about frameworks.. u asked about softwares required to practice..
and frameworks are not softwares to practice standalone

Sublime text, notepad++ are text editors. I'm asking about framework tools.
