The "best language"

Question

I see here many questions about language comparison. Witch is the best language? What should I learn? Is java better than php?
Of course there is no general answer and each language have advantage and drawbacks. So searching the best programming language is a kind of Graal quest...
But I found this nice comparison with many criterion, it can be useful to select a language for a specific purpose :

depends on what u like u cant compare java and php. if u like web dev, then settle with one back end language like php. java is more versatile u can use jsp or u can play with android studio
