Challange count in day must be restricted

If chellenges strike more then 10, the questions are the same, its steel stuped.
The people don't coding, if you have more then 100 challange in day, there no time coding, only challange, challange, challange...
What do you think about to restrict counts of chellenges 20 in day in each language?
