Grab your dream. Visualise it in your brain. Put it on a high shelf. Now build a ladder.

To become an ethical hacker you must first practice programming, from a non-hacking perspective. Just code any random script so that you build your knowledge. Your goal is a long way away--you can get there, but it will take commitment and indirect (non-hacking) ways.
