what do you do about back pains and neck?

while using my computer for a long time I feel pain in my back. after that I use my laptop but this time feeling pain in my neck

This is an important issue that needs to be addressed especially in today's environment. Technology is relatively new and people haven't had them long enough to know the long term impliactions of using them for prolonged periods of time. Some recommendations I would give you is to: 1. Gaze at a far away object outside your window every 20 minutes of staring onto an electoni screen, this reduces the stress on your eyes. 2. do not use a perfectly vertical chair, for a more relaxed position for your spine use a chair that has a slightly greater incline more than 90° vertical. 3. every 2 hours or so get up from your chair and perform stretches for your spine, knees and hip flexors. Preferrably in a lunged position( warrior pose) this eases your hips, spine and knees all in one(my favorite) People tend to address only the back when they have back pain, but the issue can be a combination of various factors, since our bodies are a complex system everthing is interconnected.
