Which language are you referring to?
Both are not considered pure OOP.

its not a complete OOP,since it has primitive DT.

no java is not completely oop language as it have primitive data types like byte, short, int, long,float, double, char, boolean.
btw if u r looking for a complete oop language then u can use ruby.
