Suggestions: Separate up voting& down voting count

recently i found that few SoloLearn ppls down vote any query or answer without any reason..
i think there must be separate count for up and down vote..
or either there must be compulsion to write a reason for down vote..

i am sure there are reasons, repeated question, bad day, being a troll, but it sounds like a good idea you suggest

Honestly, I'm not even sure that downvotes are necessary at all. I don't see what they achieve.
