Why everyone company is asking for c language as it is a draw back actually??

Question

May be it is easy language but what company expectations should be a postulate ...As c contains pointers which results in free accessing of unauthorized persons.. and it doesn't have any library functions to handle exceptions too

If anyone knows why companies are expecting please comment..

Probably because they have a system programmed in C language, and need to do mantenaince of the code.
Or they work in a very specific area, and C language is a better option.

c is very basic language and all other stuff are evolved from this language. it is mostly used to make device driver
