How much time did it take to learn html,css,js and php?

You same like me , I want to be A web designer .
About how long it will takes many years because if you know something new there are something new again so maybe its need 3 years to expert. 😊

1month to learn HTML.and then continue try to design your own page .

Depends on how quick you learn new things, but the most important part is to keep practicing, because practice makes perfect. If you just make a couple of small projects to start with and look up things you don't know, you will get there.

Being a "good web designer" is subjective. To master the different web design languages for full-stack web development, there is no specific time frame. It depends on how much time and commitment you invest into learning and practice. The languages have different learning curves. But if you are consistent, you'll build adequate skills to take up a commercial project in few weeks or months!
