Technically, you can make games using only knowledge gained from SoloLearn, just not fancy games with explosive graphics and stuff.

No, just from sololearn you can't make game. You should have outside knowledge too to make a good game.

Not without a guide or tutor. It's best you learn a little bit more about c++ by practicing stuff on your own, like making console text games

I would say it is impossible, you can create textbase games like "adventure land" ,"zork I" and "moon base"

But games like sonic, mario or boogerman wouldn't be possible with just the knowledge on sololearn

If you are wanting to make a game I would recommend using a game engine such as Unity3D. In Unity you can choose to script in either C# or JavaScript. Writing a game in C++ from scratch is unnecessarily difficult, it CAN be done, but it is not often worth the extra effort.
