can someone say me the best site to learn batch file coding, but I have a final purpose of hacking and trolling my friends, and know that solo learn is not to hacking but can someone say best sites for hacking and batch file learn

Don't use batch files. They are very inefficient. You should never use them for hacking. Fake hackers use them. It's not hacking. If you want to hack, learn PHP, 32 and 64 bit assembly, C, C++, SQL, python, and ruby. You also need to have advanced knowledge of networking and securing a network. You also need to be familiar with the linux operating system, because majority of websites and servers run on linux. I recommend Debian builds for personal use. You need to know how a computer works as far as how the stack works and allocation of memory. When I say learn those languages and concepts, I mean MASTER them. Penetration testing or "hacking" requires extensive knowledge of those concepts and languages.
