Can we create AI with Javascript ?

I want to know if it's possible to create an artificial intelligence in javascript and how to do this. Can you help me please ?

Yes, it's possible in almost every language. I created a neural network in JS. It wasn't very good but that was not because of JS but my formulas. It certainly did something and it would go to the desired output.
