Python is written so similarly to English it's ridiculous. However the logic behind HTML5 is also overly simplistic. So I'd say either one of those two with Ruby & CSS following.

Javascript is the most easy OOP's language compared to Java, c++ and c#. Html is easy but a mark up language. I don't know other languages.
