See "Learn Python the hard way" by Zed Shaw. It's book with exercises available online (and also if you want to, you can buy offline version).
And it's really best option. It's fastest way, actually.

At Python Oficial Page you can find everything about python. There a Python's Manual. You can check it out. I've been studying Python for 6 months and I already use books, StackOverFlow, Python' manual and YouTube videos and I still don't find a place to learn Python better than SoloLearn.
Here we are a cool community. Always will have someone ready to answer your doubt. You can ask everything, doesn't matter if your questions is stupid or smart, someone will answer it for you.
