Which is the better programming lenguage to make an app for android or what do you recommend me?

i'm actually learning java, and says it's a lenguage for every plattform, but i was thinking on ruby if is a better option to do a little game or just a simple menu of options in an app

For Android: Java, maybe Kotlin

I would say either c# or html5, css, and javascript.
