man doesn't teach the robot directly, man teach man and robot learns. It depends on how it was made but it could for example learn from social media and find rude material and go from there. It's a very interesting subject, I recommend you look around on YouTube for some specifics. I heard Facebook made two AI's, set them loose on Facebook and they may have developed a secret language for themselves. Maybe start looking into that, not sure how true it is.

even if they were to become self aware ,no one is born with hatred towards something,they need to build it from outside,unless man himself decides to teach some horrible things to it we r safe don't u think

Well, we designed AI's to learn to think for themselves. I won't be surprised if evolution comes into place, High level Ai's need constant supervision when you feel something's not right.
