Which language we should learn first in web technology?

Start with HTML5 in order to learn web structures.
Then, I'd recommend you to go through CSS3 so you can learn about how to make your websites look cooler.

Then here comes the fun part: learn JavaScript which will let you create interactive stuff, followed by jQuery which is nothing else than a huge JavaScript library of functions.

Then at this point it mainly depends of what you're going into: Node.js, SQL, PHP, ...
I guess you better should learn HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery first, and then ask to yourself what's the most appealing for you next.
