Deleting Question after being Answered

I find it really annoying when I answer someone's question or debug their code and they just delete the question shortly after, without even a "thanks"... it's frustrating enough that it makes me not want to help people. I wonder if it'd be better to either disallow deleting questions after answers have been posted to it, or flag questions for deleting given some reason. Among other reasons, if someone else in the future has a similar issue, they can find the answer to it.

Helping others is always good, even if the person helped is not recognizing you for that. It helped you by making you think. I just ignore the questions that are posted 100 times a day.

as before helping u didnt ask that would he tell you thanks... or didnt ask if he would delet the question right after getting the help... 😂😂😂😂😀😊☺ so why expecting even that... if you r helping... u do not need to bother a bit about wht will be the opposite flow of responce.. thats why its called HELP.. but yes i understood wht u exactly felt... i'd suggest to forget that u have ever helped someone right after the help.. and keep helping... keep coding##$@@

I guess I can't directly reply to answers. There's a character limit so I couldn't properly explain my reasoning. To @Serena Yvonne, I feel that disallowing deletion makes people much less likely to post questions that are easy to search or easy to find on one's own. Similar to stackoverflow. People are more likely to look their own problem over more carefully themselves or search if it already exists first if the question is going to stick with them. It's a reputation kind of thing I guess.
