Elemantary Task Part1 for Python3 Learners

While searching net I have found some tasks for new learners so I want to share with you guys.Just cause of limitations i will divide into 4 parts

This is Elementary Programming Task List
1-Write a program that prints ‘Hello World’ to the screen.
2-Write a program that asks the user for their name and greets them with their name.
3-Modify the previous program such that only the users Alice and Bob are greeted with their names.
