Please can someone help me with a step by step procedure to submitting my html form using php and with the sever: phpmyadmin?

I am coding with my phone and now have the sever installed but I don't know how to link the whole thing, however I can create the database but don't know how to link it to my work on my browser so as to view my php from the localhost. (I use kickwebsever and droid edit editor)

also I will also like to know how I can make a new page of my choice to appear after the form has been submitted.

As to my knowledge; which is not good in php, phpmyadmin is just a web ui for mysql database administration only.
you can't upload files to your server. My guess is you have cPanel installed on your host, use file manager to do that. you can also use your ftp service but it doesn't have a web interface.
