What path to be chosen

Question

i am currently 18, a newbie to all the programming stuff, yet i watched more than 20+ tutorial videos to improve myself since 1st of august. I am in deep obsession with programming but i dont know where shall i begin. I just finished my javascript tutorial but i can hardly implement all of them.. If i am picking programming as first subject in university, am i too late for that?(i am going uni at sep 2018) Any recommendations for me to refer on so that i can achieve my dream to be a successful programmer?

1. It is never too late to learn something new. Maybe in university it is harder but if you have the passion to learn it, it is not a problem to learn much for it. As i began with university i also started programming. I had a lot to do and had lot of work, but it was fun, too.

2. Programming is a language. You must constantly train your programming skills. Search for a Job you can may start. If you want learn javascript maybe start with programming little websites.

If you have the Interest to learn programming and be a software programmer. Do It! :-)

P.S.: I hope you can understand. Writing englisch is a still a topic for me to learn :-)
