conceptually,

Class :- is like a bucket/mould you fill sand/wax into, to make a mould of.

Object :- is fill sand/wax into bucket and turn it upside down to create a sand-castle.

create many such objects using the same mould.
You can create many objects using the same class.

Like moulds, you can alter classes a little bit and create a new class. With the new class, you can create new objects.
