Frustrating situation of being having the sufficient knowledge but still didnt get right opportunity....

Question

How many of them were frustrated by having knowledge in programming but still didnt get right job or looking for job opportunity... Coming to me I have completed by B.Tech graduation IT recently and looking for an opportunity to prove myself but getting failed all the time.... right now I am in confusion that whether the software field sets for me or not... can anyone relate to the same situation....

I agree with what @Gurpreet said. Companies are not only looking for programing knowledge.If u want to overcome the 1st stages of hiring process then thoroughly go through the previous apti question papers and interview feedbacks of the particular comapany. Majority MNCs follow a same procedure for years. If u want to get into a job fast then focus n prepare for 'that' company!

Other than technical knowledge, interviewers also check for
1. good communication skills
2. logical mind
3. right attitude
and finally, destiny (or Godly intervention)

Probably you should focus on above 3 points

@Mohit Sundrani I am unable to do anything right now... because parents were expecting me to do a job if I tries to do something may be it works or not no idea... thats why I am worried of getting job or to go something innovative....Even if I goes for an interview they were not at all asking about projects they simply
need aptitude, english....so on.....what i have to do no idea.?
