Please help. Which is better for web dev?

Which one should I buy? HP pavilion 15 AMD10 quad core 9600p 7th gen 2.8ghz, 6gbram, AMD Radeon r5 graphics 3gb or Dell Inspiron 15 3567 core i3 7th gen, 2.40ghz 6gb ram ddr4,intel HD 6203gb. Both have same display and 1TB Hdd. For web dev

You don't realy need fast comp for web development.

to avoid having problems in the future and the most reliability I suggest a used Macbook Pro you probably spend about the same money or a little more than a new one that's PC but it will be much better overall

a used macbook pro....you can run Windows on it and it will be the fastest computer you ever had

if you want to run Windows on Mac you will have to spend another 100 on parallels to do it the easiest way...although you can run Windows on Mac for free but it is not as easy as parallels
