how can i make 2d games on laptop ..?

First of all, you can make games with a programming language, and it can run on a laptop or PC that can render the graphics. Second of all, there is no exact way you have to use a bunch of libraries, make a GUI and then probably thread the different processes of the game. It is not super easy and relaxing it is frustrating and rewarding. So be prepared
