EPIC BADGE, are Sololearners trying too hard???
I have seen a number of threads with ways to get the epic bagde (50 wins in a row). The problem is: "to get this badge is not enough to be perfect". Even a single draw will ruin your try. So we all try to challenge players of level 5 or low, something not really "morally acceptable". Moreover we will have to decline challenges, not kind and polite at all. The conclusion:"It would be perfect if EPIC BADGE requires 50 challenges without losing".Why Sololearn thought the "Epic badge" is better like this???

Well it's sort of a game, so while it makes sense that there is strategy, I agree that challenging people that aren't up to your skill level is kind of taking advantage of the system. So I guess it just depends on the person and what their goal is, to play the game and get badges or to be part of the community and to learn how to better code.
Could the rules be changed? Yes, but I don't know if that would change behaviors of people who simply want the badges.

I think it should be split into two different badges. One goes for 50 rounds without losing, another for 50 wins in a row.

Maybe in exchange for removing draw as fail, the total wins could be increased to 100. Although, if the requirements change, it would mean people with the same badge would have done different things to get it.
Also, is it rude to decline a challenge? I have declined challenges from higher level players, which I realize means they have completed the challenge for 0 XP, but doesn't that discourage challenging people with much less experience?

I agree with you :)

Usually I don't decline any challenge😊 Only 1-2 times accidentally declined...😑

Good luck in challenges!😊✨ Sometimes luck is very important😉✨

still @Ledio Deda there is this 0.1% chance someone may just get it after farming challenges see @NezhnyjVampir, Gustavo Gauthier.

@Ledio Deda, thank you😊✨
I understand you, my streak was also broken several times😐 But I did not give up😄
My secret of getting the badge is that I played 100-150 times a day😉

not at all, I got it three times (Html, Ruby and Php)

I don't think "I'm trying too hard". I'd like to achieve it, though. Like most of you.

Thats what i mean...Declining is discouraging...Challenging beginners is not nice neither... About those who have reached it, i don't know... Maybe an extra reward or something...
Anyway, thanks for the opinion...

So you think it is possible to get the Epic Badge without needing of the previous mentioned tactics???? (1. Challenge beginners 2.Decline challenges)
In my opinion...No its 99.9% impossible...
Anyway, good to have your opinion😉😁

I used to spent a lot of time at Challenge section some times ago without a direct purpose to get badges or XP and the conclusion: the best i could do was a 12 winning streak even because my score was 5 all the time...I don't know maybe its me who is wrong, but i'm sharing my experience...
Btw Congrats to @Nezhnyj for the badge😉😊😊

Seriously??😨😱It is 99.9% impossible not to have a 5-5 in a HTML challenge in 50 of these in a row... (at least nowadays)...However, if you made it then Congrats you are really good😉😉😊

I wrote about this some time ago. I will link it later. Did you know that, some time ago, the rules was different? Just like you said: 50 wins without losing.
