How To convert php object into array and parse that object containing number.

Question

I have one JSON that contain number and i have tried to parse and convert it into array but I was unable to do so how can we parse such JSON and convert in into array.

$object = "{"1":"aaaaaaaaa","2":"bbbbbbbbbbbbb","3":"cccccccccccc"}";

why do you need to convert it to an array? you can use foreach loop
