yes we need messenger ... it will very helpful. in this u did not see all problem .. and if messanger iis make so all are put question in there ... and all solve problem in different ways ....

@Adi, The hire feature isn't very necessary, we're here to learn and improve ourselves, I don't need to hire a programmer here, when I can get the job done by myself and with the help of some friends.
