once I have seen someone use XML instead but HTML will be easier. @mohammad while you can uses the echo command in PHP
you need HTML within it to do anything worth while. also the echo command is HTML dependent. it just inserts the string into the HTML of the document before the user has seen it. you can also not use CSS but don't expect it to look good.
