I live in a country where there's no good programmer. I want to be one, but I don't find someone nearby to work width me and help me. I think that i must try to find help from bro an sisters of the web.

I would like to know where to begin.
and, what to do in order to become a good programmer as I want

I'm talking about physical Universities: almost every university publishes online material for its students to learn from home, and it's often public

now, I know universities within my country, but I doubt you'd find Italian slides useful
