What the effect learn programming?

After learning PHP, i feel my head becomes dizzy & confused. Sometimes like to daydream probably because the brain keeps thinking about a program code. But i very like programming because that's make me happy 😅

You feel uncomfortable because your brain is being benchmarked. With regular practice (and also enough rest), you should be fine in no time. :>
