Can you learn to be a programmer completely school free? No coding camp, no associates degree, just self taught.

I am too broke to afford any type of college or coding camp and want to know if I can get into this to be a remote worker from home. I am hoping this app will be able to help me do that but I do have my doubts because some of these concepts for python seem very foreign to me, for an example i still do not completely understand how to loop, when we should be using else, if, and or.

I learnt programmation all alone, I wouldn't say I'm a good programmer but if I ever become one it would still be all alone. And I'm far from being the only one in this case. As long as you like what you are learning, it should be fine!! Good luck :D

Yes but the assumed discipline of the school / appropriate background / Human Resources filter shifts from the school / hire system to you. If you have a few minutes, try this video on for size. The title's not the whole story actually ... it gives you some interesting hints (and especially the "don't worry, it's normal to feel frustrated") that may help you do this on your own.
