Shyam, it takes a lot of time practicing, relentless hours debugging, and endlessly furthering ones studies/knowledge. This is what I do. I read through the language once, and my main focus is to just learn what I can while getting through it. When I'm done, I'll start practicing what I learned, and just do the best I can. Then I go and I read through the language again. This time I take notes and write down anything I still don't understand. Afterward, I research everything I didn't understand, and gather as much knowledge upon it as I can. Then I go back and practice with the stuff I didn't understand. Rinse & repeat that process endlessly. Think about someone that plays an instrument. At first they sound horrible, and they simply don't get it. However, after taking a lot of time to learn/practice the instrument, eventually they do it without a second thought. It becomes second nature to them. The same thing applies here. You're only as good as your dedication toward it. Anyone can make "noise."
