Where is a good place to get addtional help with c#

Hello, my boyfriend is taking a college c# class but doesn't quit understand it and the teacher he has doesn't explain it in a good way. Are there any websites, youtube accounts or tutors that anyone recommends? Feedback with be much appreciated :)

you can also try http://www.developpez.com but all courses are in French, or MSDN of Microsoft development tools and help.
