I want to learn algorithms and data structure which language i choose 1st,because i am a not computer science student.

Mostly any language will be fine.
(Other than those languages that perform only a specific task: Ex. SQL as it only does database query)

I would recommend Python as there are default library for it, plus alot of people use that for those kinds of work, which means you get help faster.

I advice you to learn computer science fundamentals, here you'll learn algorithm and then data structure, and at last you have to choose a language to program for example java
