how can you start a student who knows nothing about programming??

I am a student and together with some colleagues I was chosen to teach a Basic Java course, they could give me ideas about how a person who does not know a programming can start ... I would appreciate it enough

Just do it. You can go straight into programming with very basic knowledge of maths. Our tutorials here are optimised for absolute beginners.
