There is no simple answer. If you are interested in hacking then check out the 'enigmagroup' and watch tutorials on YouTube for Kali Linux. Kali gives you all the tools you need.

Net+, Security+, and CCNA courses will show you how things work. Then if you want to hack them, you’ll know how to fix them too:)
