How can i code a comment section and get the messages in my mail just like a "Jetpack Plugin" in wordpress.?

thank you @Michelle .. based on what I understand on the site... they want me to create my site as an affiliated site under there site... the thing is, I already created my site with WordPress and I'm using "Jetpack* plugin for the stats, comment and others. But I want to code with "HTML, CSS, PHP & JavaScript" but I don't know how to code the script for adding "Stats, comment & disquss).
