u host the Web page on a hosting platform most notably host gator because if their cheap hosting services and bonuses..

visit 000webhost.com, sign up and the upload your html/php pages, along with the css styles her and your javascript if you have any, if u plan on hosting a database driven page export your .sql files too, by making some small changes like getting rid of the create table commands... u'll be notified to choose a domain.. but 000webhost might add their own subdomain.. that the down part tho.. but it's free especially if you just trying to practice.
