programmer means someone who codes or write codes ,
you can start anytime anywhere tough , but , you must
decide on which section you gonna step into.

website or mobile or desktop or VR or AR or Security ,
then decide your language necessary for fundamental.

and don't overdo code , it gonna give headache if forced.
try finding right community nearby , appropriate university (Tech) ,
then get graduate and work , if planing on IT , or whatever suit you.

seriously , never skip graduation , it only make life worse because no diploma.
after had diploma , there you decide wheter to live as programmer , or using diploma
for other job because we need money , maybe doing other business like Forex trading
or becoming a store owner or something , while code can be your secondary skills just in case.
