Why enki's learn code app is not supported for android versions below 4.4.4v ?

only enki's learn code apk support for 4.4 and above versions of android.

I think its because of GUI of 4.4.4 version of android . only kitkat and above versions can use that app, since that app requires such kind of animations to display. It needs high end GUI.
