I need some tips when i am learning to program. For example, how to memorize all the codes for all types of languages? Or how to practise coding without knowing what to code?

i dont have time aswell but when i do i always create something .
for skills you just need to think about small ideas and create them. *SKILLS COMES WITH TIME*

Actually even though i draw out what i want to create, i don't have the skills. Plus, i am a secondary student.. I don't really have time.. Any suggestions on this?
