Where do I need to place my ExampleProgram.java

Where I need to place .java files that when executing in cmd typing javac <program name> it will work, because when I tried running it, I get an error saying "error: Class names, 'ExampleProgram', are only accepted if annotation processing is explictly requested 1 error"

anywhere except bin if you are using windows 10,7,8,8.1....
