I agree with Yaroslav. That's actually what I do also when I want to learn new skills. See what jobs are asking for and then go learn that stuff. I also like to go onto College/University websites, look at the degree program and their courses, and then just read the books for all of them. Get a college education without having to pay for anything more than your internet connection. ;)

No. You would probably make a horrible fighter pilot or surgeon. I'd just stick to web dev. :)

You should learn front end languages (Html, css, javascript (maybe Jquery) ) and SQL.

What is your goal Niteesh? I would learn something that compliments what you personally want to do in the long term.
For example, if you wanted to focus on apps, maybe you could start with something like C# or Java, and learn SQL to compliment its database systems. If you wanted to focus on web dev, maybe you'll start with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, etc...
So back to the basics, what is your long term goal? What "feels good" to you in regard to programming? What do you want to be doing in general? Don't waste time learning a bunch of stuff that isn't going to compliment the dream of what you're wanting to create for yourself. First step is to figure out what you even want, and that's usually the hardest question. Once you figure out what you want to do though, it's easy to find what you need to learn to obtain/create such.
Best of luck to you!
