How do u connect html css and java script on your computer ?

i have been doing it in the code playground 🎢wea its done automatically but a was given a real life task but have failed

For myself, I use WebMatrix 3, and it'll set up a local server + all of the stuff you need to run it locally until you upload it to a production environment. It's free. Was great because I was also using PHP and MySQL.

However, it's worth noting that you can write all of it in regular notepad and nothing more than your browser is needed to understand / present it to you.
