No one has seen the future buddy! But web development and open source are rising feilds.
can't say about huge success, since its definition varies. But,

while contributing to open source you would learn Huge Knowledge!

I disagree.
I don't think it is possible to point out one language. Different languages are good for different things. HTML has to stick around. Programmers using Unity program in C#.
The list goes on and on.
I garauntee that assembly will not make a comeback 😆

Looks like currently Python is the fastest growing. It's for reason - easy to learn and extremely powerful. I think there is a lot of room to continue this trend!
