Don't worry, the lessons of SoloLearn are pretty well-made and should be accessible to even total beginners. Also, I would recommend python as a first programming language.

Python is the easiest one to learn. Maybe not as powerful as C++, but for beginners the best. I started with C++ then Python, and Python is way easier. No previous knowledge is needed, you will develop a certain way of thinking ("computer thinking") with time! Good luck!
