The code written by frontend developer executing in browser on client side. The code written by backend developer executing on server side.

but backend is anything that u cant see like when u login .u cant see login process thats backend

Front end developer deals with HTML CSS JAVASCRIPT
Back end developer deals with the rest like PYTHON JAVA C++
Backend developers get paid well
And now a days people are hiring front end developers who can even design the website and good at photoshop cause front end developers job is a bit simple compared to backend who has to write a hell lot of code
