I would not suggest you to start with those, maybe start simple like Python or Javascript...
but if you want you can learn C#, but seeing as you don't have programming knowledge it would be hard....

I hope, you mean, Visual Basic for .NET. There is not a "difficulty" differences between C# and Visual Basic for NET. Anyway, both languages call for much of its work classes and methods from .NET library, and this is the same for both. So, a slighty difference of syntax, but nothing more.
But I recommend you the C#, there is more asked from IT employers..
